We have a process that emails users and the email should include our company logo. Everythign works as I want it to and the email is formatted correctly with the exception of the company logo. Inside workflow in the email to be sent the logo shows as a blank box, as if it is there but a ghost image. In short does anyone know how to get a picutre into an email inside workflow. It is a jpg we are attempting to insert and have tried everything that we can think of to get it in there. Copy and paste is not working or maybe we are doing something wrong. Any help is appreciated.
The JPG should be a resource for your WF (Resources tab), that way it'll get deployed with it.
Doing this, you should be able to reference as if it was right there (i.e. <img href="blah.jpg">), and the email should be able to pick it up.
