"Insert last disk" message when using WinPE boot DVD

I am attempting to build a WinPE boot disk with an Altiris .img image in the disk. I have used this with partial sucess using the Linux pre boot OS.
I can follow the process outlined in the link below from the Altiris KB no worries, but when i boot the target machine all looks fine then at the stage when rdeply is about to start it ask me to " Insert the last disk "
I have no idea why this is happening - can anyone kindly advise?

The box at the bottom looks like you have rdeploy pointing to spanned image and you are missing the last file in the set.
