Install additional Deployment Console to remote Windows 2008 SP1 TS

Hi,

I want to install an additional Deployment Console to a remote Windows 2008 SP1 Terminal Server.

I am running the DS 6.9 SP3 axinstall.exe from our Deployment Server, selected Component Install, selected the remote computer and entered the required credentials with admin rights but the install fails with the error...

Looking in the application log on the remote 2008 SP1 server I can see the following error message even though UAC has been disabled:
