Client Management Suite

Hello all,

I am trying to install Client Management Suite using offline installation method. I have downloaded the Altiris CMS and created a package using AIM installer console. I have copied the package to a new server that has no internet connection. I have extracted the package and ran the AIM installer and tried to install the CMS using "Install new product" button but with now success. The installer console is asking for internet access to download the product.

Can anybody help please.

I have exactly followed these steps. Actually, I have created the package successfully and moved it to a new machine. The problem is when I extract the package and try to install it. The SIM is asking to download the CMS package even if the package is located on the same machine.  Here are the steps that I have performed:

1- Install SIM

2- Download the Client Managment Suite

3 - Create a Package

4 - Moved the package to a new machine

5 - extract the package to desktop

6 - run the SIM to install the CMS package

when I run the SIM and click "Install new product" and select Altiris Client Managment Suite, the installer is asking to download the package again.
