I'm getting this error message when i try to install the SEP from th SEPM

What is your SEP version?
Some issues regarding LuCheck were fixed on SEP 11.0.4202.

The installation log locally on the client will yield the most information. Start>Run %temp% the local temp directory will have the SEP_INST.log search for  "value 3" in the log and the information within those lines should give you an error code of some kind.

From the sounds of it it'll be a Fail at LUCHECK.exe something along those lines.  If this is the case you may need to un-install the existing LU install on the machine and attempt installation once more.

If you can paste the SEP_INST log we could give you an appropriate solution

SEP: V11.0.4000.2295

Also paste the SEP_INST.log

If its a live update error, try to install live update and then install the client.
