    bonjour 

    j'ai un sepmanager version 12.1.2015.2015 et les cliens 11.0.7 je voulais faire une mise a niveau des cliens a la version 12.1.2015.2015

    mais j'ais eu se problem merci de votre aide

    Please post the SEP_INST.log and SIS_INST.log files from an affected client

    Required logs for troubleshooting failed Endpoint Protection 12.1 client installations

    Hello Mohamed,

    what is the language on your SEPM and the lanugage on client?

    from the log I see that its trying to install 1033 language ( english united states) on a french machine.

    check these two documents
