install hangs on the environmental check - BEX2012

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi! I was installing Bex 2012 on a 2008 R2 server, but it freeze in the environmental check... With no error.
I try to run a silent installation but the msiexec does not start
Anyone have an idea about this?

Hi
Are you instaling BE on this server for first time or you had other version of BE which you have uninstalled and trying to install BE 2012
If that is the case please check below link to ensure it is been completely removed

Also there was an issue with BE 2010 vxvalidator downloaded from the link given in link would help to resolve the issue in BE 2010 see if that help in your case too for BE 2012

I was trying to upgrade from 2010 version to 2012. Then I uninstall the 2010 and the same problem...
I delete the registry entries and so. My user is Local Administrator.
Any more suggestinos? :)
Try launching the installer using the local admin account.
Is the OS in English or using another language ? Pls ensure you are using the slipstreamed installer of BE 2012 with SP1a
