Install NetBackup Enterprise Server 6.5 on Window server 2008 fail

Hi  . ..
When I  installed netbackup 6.5  on window server 2008  . I encountered the following error:  NetBackup Enterprise Media Manager failed to start  in log install .

 Could anybody  help me please ?

More info

are you trying to install it as a master a media or a client
is it 32 or 64

Note that 2008 did not become supported until 6.5.2. so you need to down load the correct nb files

I don't have to know how to spell....I work on Unix.
