  • 1.  Install Readiness Check is being skipped

    Hi,

      I've got an install readiness check that is working correctly in the little tester program, but once I move it to my PL and build a package using that IRC I see a message in the SIM log file saying it's being skipped because it's not encrypted.  I have checked the box that says encrypted inside the definition so I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong here.

     

    Any ideas?

    You can try this, in your registry add the following DWORD.

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Altiris\AIM]

    DWORD  "EncryptIRCs" with a value of 1
