    Good

I am trying to install SEP 11 SEP 12 or preoceso but the installation performs a roll back, ie it returns the installation.
I have already implemented several tools such as the Clean Wipe and Nonav, but failed to install

    Thanks

Hi, how many PCs are affected? Is there any previous AV (Symantec or others) installed or is this a new installation?

Check the install SEP_INST.log file in the temp folder. It should have information on why it stopped.

The Windows Installer initiated a system restart to complete or continue the configuration of 'Symantec Endpoint Protection'.

    Installation operation completed successfully.

Please restart your machine and check the installation.

It seems that there are changes that requires a reboot.

You can confirm this with the SEP_SupportTool.exe found in the Tools folder.

Clean wipe, you have already tried. Try Norton power eraser and Symantec endpoint recovery tool, with latest definition.

    HAMLETPLUSFOUND;OLDERFOUND;SNACFOUND

Well it says it found everything :-)

    Manually Delete

    Program Files(x86)\Symantec

    C:\ProgramData\Symantec or \Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Symantec Shared

    Documents and Settings\All users\App..data\Symatec

    Reboot and try installing again.

Looks like a possible DCOM issue.

Open dcomcnfg -Component services- Computer- DCom Config

    Check for Lucom

Also check if Eventviewer shows any errors regarding DCOM
