  • 1.  Install SEP 11.0.6100 on windows 7 32bit roll back and fail with this error MainEngineThread is returning 1603

    i try to upgarde my managed SEP Client version 11.0.6005 to SEP 11.0.6100 but the upgrade rool bac.. so i try to uninstall the old version 11.0.6005 and install the new one 11.0.6100 but same error again i attached the sep_LOG y

    please any help

    What you need to do, is to first export the package from sepm with the create a single.exe file unchecked.. Then go to the installation files, for 11.0.6100.XX, DVD/SEP folder, and copy the luall.exe and lucheck.exe files, and paste these files, in the exported  package , to replace the existing  ones.

    Then run the setup from this exported  package  this to your windows 7  computers....

    Note: if you have already tried to install on a computer, and it has failed, then you may need to restart that computer, before installing using the steps above.
