Installation agent of Altiris

I am trying to install the Altiris agent on multiple computers, but I have a problem because I can not install properly.
The error is as follows:

"Unable to log on using the admin account: unknown user name or bad password"
I review the prerequisites for installing the agent and these correct.
Someone knows how to solve this problem

check the username and password
is the username able to install the agent? have you given the application identiity account the correct permissions? or are you using a different account then the application identity
note the app idendtity account is the account altiris is installed under

We create a support account
We create a support account on all desktops that has admin privledges on the local machine and use this account for all altiris access to systems. We change the password every 90 days Using an altiris job and have not had any issues of being unable to install agents or any software packages. Always make sure whatever username and password you are using has full admin rights to the machine.
