Mon but est d'installer un second serveur Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager pour un sous réseau. C'est à dire,je veux que mon second serveur récupère les mises à jour de l'antivirus sur le serveur principal pour les transmettre aux nouveaux PC du Sous réseaux créé précédemment. On your new site install a SEPM and make it repication partner with the old one

it can replicate AV defs from already existing SEPM and distribute it here. 

Or else , install a new sepm, make it local to this subnet,

Edit# on a side note, if you are using SMB , Replication is not an option :( , replication is only available in Enterprise version. 

You need to install a new sepm and that pariticular subnet :(
