I recently upgraded our server from Windows2003 x86 to Windows 2008 x64 and when trying to install SEPM I get a warning box that says:

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Installation Information
To continue the installation, make sure that the Internet Information Services (IIS) World Wide Web Publishing Service (W3SVC) is installed and running. on compurters that run IIS 7.0 or later, the following IIS role services must also be installed: ASP.NET, CGI, and IIS 6.0 management Compatability.

I have confirmed that all of the above referenced roles are installed and running, but I still get this error when trying to install.
