Error code: 2"

I'm running server 2003 32-bit edition.

Try it again with none of the explorer window open (Just the application)

De facto when AV does something, it starts jumping up and down, waving its arms, and shouting "Hey!  I found a virus!  Look at me!  I'm soooo goooood!"

1) export your current default installs for safe keeping
2) Create custom client settings and Feature sets
3)Export the default settings to a new folder (1 32bit & 1 64 bit) using your new client settings and feature sets
   and name them
4) Delete the Default installs
Now add your custom installs

It only allows 1 32 bit and 1 64 bit install (not really noted in documentation... )
I did some experimenting and this is what finally worked.

Could you help me out with this issue?
I can only create 64-bit clients. I get the Error code: 2 when I try to create the 32-bit client.

what version are you using?

Are all explorer windows closed when you are exporting?

Had the same issue. I

Had the same issue. I installed SEP Manager by copying only the SEPM folder to the target server. After installation there were no Client Packages defined under Admin > Install Packages.

I copied the SEP folder from the CD to a location on the target server, then selected 'Add new Install Package' and pointed to the SEP folder.

After that the issue disappeared and I was able to create the client packages.

Hope it clicks,
