Installation fail

I am try to install the end point protection client software through push installation. it shows sucessful message. but it can't see the client. Also the Servers End point protection Manager screen shows the computer name but offline mode. Also i try to install the client throuh th e created package, it can't install. Please solve the issue

Check the windows firewall on the client. if its on then turn it off.
on the task bar update policy of SEP it should show green dot.
Have you imported your AD inside SEPM? is that a cloned machine?

Could you please provide us little information on the machine's OS and what version of SEP is being installed??
Could you upload us the sep_inst.log which is available in %TEMP%

can you install SEP client locally?

Create an install package or create a custom setting under the “Client Install Settings” options to not use “Add the program to the Start Menu”, leave this unchecked.
If the install is successful, manually create the shortcut on the desktop that points SymCorpUI.exe.
