  • 1.  Installation Failure of 12.5.1 RU5

    Hi, I have older version 12.1.2 on Mac. Is it a problem if I try to upgrade it from this version to 12.5.1 RU5? I get error message as - This selected driver already has security software installed which is not compatible with Symantec Endpoint Protection. The attached error is attached. 

    Please guide.

    And yes, the same package got installed on two Macs that has exactly same softwares on them as the others on which it fails.

    No, I dont have any other antivirus on any of the Macs.

    Have you tried removing everything and starting fresh?

    Hi Brian, Thanks for reply.

    We dont have one in the repository and it was quite old one. Any idea how can I get the uninstaller for this?
