Installation method BESR 8.5

This issue has been solved. See solution.
My network is set up as below; I have just purchased BESR 8.5 with GRO.
I would assume that I would install BESR and the GRO agent on Server02? Will this server then be able to back up Exchange too?
Are there any special installation instructions to put BESR and GRO on the same box and is it a problem having MOSS and SQL on the same box?
Server01: Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 SP2, Master Domain Controller, MS Exchange 2007, Symantec AV
Server02: Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 SP2, Domain Controller, MS Visual Studio 2005, MS SQL 2005,MOSS 2007, Symantec AV
Server03: Windows Server 2003 R2 x32, Member Server, MS ISA 2006, Symantec AV

Location of the backups; BESR and GRO.
Whichever is left of the 3; BESR.
GRO must be installed alongside BESR. An installation of BESR only protects the computer that it is installed on.

Thanks for the reply, I forgot to mention that it is the SharePoint Portal that I want to backup so from what you have said I will install it on Server02 and purchase an additional licence for the Exchange server, thanks for your help.
