When we go for download SEP 12.1 we got two option as below what is differenc between them and which file we have to download and upgrade

This release is specific to the SEPM. Only Part1.exe and SEPM.exe is available to download.

Which file I have to download and run setup or upgrade, and what is difference between them 

 Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.4a_Part1_Installation_EN.exe

OR

Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.4a_SEPM_EN.exe

Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.4a_Part1_Installation_EN.exe-> for upgrade.

Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.4a_SEPM_EN.exe -> Tools folder available that package

James is right, you only need SEPM 12.1.Rua Part1.exe

It doesn't matter which one you download - both include installation setup for SEPM - and thats what is needed to fix the vulnerability. On the difference between both:

- Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.4a_SEPM_EN.exe - only SEPM installation

- Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.4a_Part1_Installation_EN.exe - includes SEPM installation and additionaly installation packages for SEP clients in version 12.1 RU4

SEP 12.1.4a Part1 has all the setup files

SEPM 12.1.4a has the SEPM setup only

There are major difference between SEP 12.1.4a has there step contant about all operting system like if you want to install for 32 bit or 64 bit operting system and it also have package according to diff operting system .

But in SEP 12.1.4a_1_Part one have only singal package exe .If any one want only for singal operting system.we only download this one package...

SEPM is not OS dependent, you can install it on 32 and 64 bit, Only SEP is OS arch dependent...

Thanks! I wish it wasn't this confusing though, considering the files are larger than 1GB each. It would be nice if the download page just explained what the files were, wouldn't it?!
