  • 1.  Installed Trial Version of SEP 12, is PTP out of date?

    To understand about SEP 12 I am installing the manager, and deploying clients to non-production machines.

     

    However, the SEP 12 client on Windows 2008 shows PTP having definitions for Sep 29, 2011 r1, while Virus and Spyware and NTP have Oct 13, 2011.

     

    Is this normal?

     

    I understand that SONAR replaces TruScan, and that SONAR is under PTP. But why is it two weeks old?

    yes the PTP definition is of SEp 29 2011 rev 1
