  • 1.  Installing 12SEP64 and Im getting error 1309

    Thanks for taking a look, nothing ive searched for seems to either apply or work.  here is the error message:

    error 1309. Error reading from file C\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp2_12SEP64.zip\SEPx64\ProgramFiles\Symantec\Name\Version\Bin\AgentCore.dll

    I have downloaded the zip file to my desk top.  I have access to the files.

    Please install it with admin rights user

    can you export the package again and test it?

    Try to export uncompressed package, then run the install locally on the client and see if it helps.
