This issue has been solved. See solution.

I am running 64-bit Windows 2008 Master and Media servers with NetBackup 6.5.4.  With the NetBackup Software that I have I can easily install 6.5.4 to 64-bit systems however I can't seem to find in software that would allow me to install NetBackup 6.5.4 directly to a 32-bit system.  Is this possible or will I have to install an earlier version and upgrade?  If it is possible can some one point me to the correct software?

You need to install 6.5 base

You need to install 6.5 base software and then 6.5.4. Only x64 was released with new install media (CD Image NB_6.5.4.Winx64_CD.exe)
NB_6.5.4.winnt.x86.exe provides updates for NetBackup 6.5 on 32-bit Windows server and clients.

Supporting Storage Foundation and VCS on Unix and Windows as well as NetBackup on Unix and Windows.

Do you need to follow the

Do you need to follow the same upgrade path on 64-bit 2003 Server or can you install directly to 6.5.4?

Can't install direct if there's no image

64bit has its own media refresh so you can use it as a "base" install.

32bit you have to use 6.5 as your "base" and then apply the 6.5.4 release update.

(This is pretty much exactly what Marianne already said above.)

Hope that makes sense!

That is what I needed.  I

That is what I needed.  I just didn't know if there was a difference between 64-bit 2008 and 64-bit 2003 and you are saying there is not.  Thanks.
