Installing additional Managed Media Server - option greyed out

Hi all,
Im using BE 12.5, and im trying to install another managed media server. I am doing this through the 'Media Servers' tab, and selecting 'Install additional managed media servers'. I go through the wizard, and when selecting the options i want to install, the option to add this server as a Managed Media Server is greyed out.
What do i need to do to enable this option?

Try it manually on that
Try it manually on that server itself. If you run the License Wizard, you'll be able to install it there. There is obviously some issue from your main server.
