Installing Antivirus on Windows 7 64-Bit Computer

This issue has been solved. See solution.

We've recently added some Windows 7 64-Bit computers to our network.  When I go into the Symantec System Center Console, Remote Install,  those computers do not show up.  We are using Symantec 10.1.6000.6 installed on a server running Windows Server 2003.  Any suggestions?

You are using the old version of SAV. You may need to think of upgrading the infr to SEP 11 RU 7 or SEP 12.1.

SAV 64 bit edition client will not get the updates from SAV server, these clients either need to connect to internet or internet liveupdate server.
