Hi,

If you have an AV installed, disable it and try again.

If you are connecting to the console you should have no hassles...as long as you're using an admin account, and have designated an account with domain admin rights.

Thanks!

do you mean copy the install files from the dvd to the hardrive and run it from there?

...he means if you are installing across a network (although sharing a DVD/ISO on 1 server is possible, and does work, it's preferable to do everything locally...).

Thanks!

the install files are on a DVD which is in the DVD drive on the server and i have also disabled AV but unfortunately the issue was the same

Did you download the full ISO or the 4 individual files?

Either way, maybe try redownloading the ISO and try the installation again!

i downloaded the seperate files files and ran the file to create an iso which i then burnt to DVD. I will look at downloading the files again
