Installing Backup Exec 8.x on Windows XP

I have been trying to install Backup Exec 8.x on a PC with XPP and getting following error:

The second line says that the: account is invalid or does not exist or the password is not valid on this account.

I have tried with administrator + created both username and password while installing.
But still I got the same massage.

Can anyone give a tip.
