Installing ESM Ver 6

Hi, I am facing problems installing ESM, When i click on setup, nothign happens. However "setup exe" keeps running in the "Processes" but nothing happens on the GUI.
Please suggest what might be the problem.

Hi,
Please try copying the installer on the local disk. If you are using network share, map a network drive and try.
