installing PGP desktop home 10.1.2

  • 1.  installing PGP desktop home 10.1.2

    I installed PGP desktop update home 10.1.2 without un-installing  10.1.1, it never succeeded, I had an error before the end of the install,  something like (installation has terminated prematurely following an error )  

    Following that, 10.1.1 is gone, cannot un-install, and 10.1.2 will not install, what's the solution format c:\ ?

    Where a the installation logs located ?
