Community,

We have a single node Netbackup 6.5.2 Solaris 10 server that has ICS (VRTSicsco) installed as part of the standard (and mandatory) packages Netbackup 6.X requires.  (This Netbackup server has connections with other NB Media servers that need ICS to be running to communicate amongst themselves)

We want to install Storage Foundations 5.0 MP3 on this same single node of Netbackup 6.5.2 to manage SAN attached storage.

Upon installing Storage Foundations, we encounter the following warnings.
It appears that the current version of  VRTSicsco we already have installed on the Netbackup Server, is more recent then the one that comes with Storage Foundations.

Has anyone encountered this before, and do you feel it will cause conflicts within the Veritas Software packages?
We have had problems (nightmares) before when upgrading Netbackup to version 6.5 involving the ICS functionality, and I really do not want to get into this again...
