Ghost 15 is a retail product based on a different technology than the corporate Ghost Solution Suite product that this forum supports.
It may well be that your ISO has not downloaded cleanly - is there an MD5 checksum published against which you can check your download? Have you checked the available disk space on your laptop, cleaned up any temp files and defragmented your hard disk? Have you run CHKDSK to check that the disk integrity is OK ? These basic actions are a good starting point before attempting any imaging operation.
