Insufficient Privileges

Has anyone ran across the error "Insufficient Privileges" when enrolling a Mac?  I find if I restart a few times it eventually enrolls but I'd like to know whats causing this message.

 

I'm running the Latest version of WDE and Server, Mac OS is 10.6.7 on an i5, this particular user even has admin rights on the machine.

Are you using AD synchronization on the universal server?

Is it a PGP error message or an OSX error message?

Yes we are using AD sync and The error message is from PGP

When you first get the error message after enrolling, does the user get put into the correct PGP group? or are they put into the "everyone" group?

You can check this on the PGP universal server -> Consumer -> Users
