I have an Exchange Server 2003 environment with Mail Security. We are attempting to stop all questionable content leaving our server to external addresses as well as inter-office messages. I have setup a filtering rule that functions perfectly with external sending. The issue is with internal messages: it completely removes all e-mails in our users' folders with questionable content. Is there a way to only stop the message once it is sent to another internal user, and not remove it from the store?
