  • 1.  Internal Error 36000 with GSS 2.5 on ALL Images...HELP

    The error first came up when I imaged a HP DC7900.  I had it all customized for the company I work for, Office, and all WIndows Updates installed.  I got the error at when it had 1 second left to image.  I went ahead and wiped the PC clean and re-installed XP Pro on it, nothing else.  I created an image, just fine, no errors.  I created the image and then grabbed that image and put it back on PC...all just fine. 

    Is the error coming from software installd on the PC or windows updates?

    I had the same error message come up on a HP DC5800.  I tried to send an image to a share drive and it stopped half way with the 36000 error.  \

    Any help would be great!  I am stuck.

    Is your share drive a NAS device? If so, create a new folder at the root of the NAS device and map that folder as a drive. See if that works.
