Endpoint Protection

Hi , My Internal Liveupdate Server is not able to download latest Updates .Whenever I run it ,it says that no new Updates were found whereas I can see that there are new Updates availabe on Symantec's website . This Problem started only with Year 2010 . Anyone know what could be the reason . Has symantec changed something on their sites .

 Looks your LUA is not configured properly and the product and content type is not selected.

Symantec is aware of this and its working on it.

You are right . I also opened a ticket with Symantec Support and they confirmed about this Problem . I will paste the Article Link here as well .

We too have the problem that since the year change we get no more LiveUpdates.
