  • 1.  Internal Server Error 500

    My touchdown was working perfectly until yesterday afternoon, when all of a sudden, all of our Samsung Galaxy S6 devices stopped receiving messages and all displayed an error message reporting an internal server error 500 and too many timeouts in one minute.  I verified that the server is accessible by using the built in Android account client and everything works perfectly.  So it is just the Touchdown client on our phones.  Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
