    Hello

I just migrated a SEPM 11.x version to the new SEPM 12.1.2 RU2 version. All was ok.

After this I created the packages for 32 and 64 bits environmeent for clients and servers.

I installed at this moment the new client SEP only on some Win 7 PC.

In this case I have the problem reported in the image and also reported in the title.

    What is wrong ?

If you click "Fix All" does the problem correct itself?

In your AV policy, check the Microsoft Outlook Auto-Protect tab, do you have the lock icon in a closed state? make sure the lock is closed.

    Lock the Lock :)

Managed clients display a warning - Auto-Protect for Internet email, Microsoft Outlook, or Lotus Notes is turned off, even though disabled in the Management Console's AntiVirus Policy.

Yep, than you just need to close the lock in the policy. That should fix it.

    Hi,

Check the settings as suggested above and export the new package from the SEPM.

I would suggest to check the following locations:

SEPM --> Virus & Spyware Protection --> Edit the assigned policy --> Email Scans --> Check the settings of

    1) Internet Email Auto-protect

    2) Microsoft Outolook Email Auto-protec

Screenshot is attached to the reference.

    Hello,

    Correct. Agree to all above.

Are all your options locked in the AV policy?

In the AV policy, make sure the lock icon is closed for each one of these.

    Check this Article: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH103140

    Hope that helps!!
