Hello, we've got a serious problem concerning Internet Explorer 9  on various pcs with Windows 7  Professional 64 bit edition .

For months we used to save username and passwords fields for a faster way of work , but now without having installed ANY

software nor hardware, Internet Explorer doesn't remind any username  / and or password .

We use Symantc Endpoint  Protection 12.1.4 here.

Maybe its symantec which cancels everytime the tracking cookies during the daily scans ?

I dont know how to solve the problem .

    Help please !

How many system having problem ?

Check Uncheck Delete Browsing history on exit.

Tool -> Internet Options -> Browsing history

    Hi,

Is there a logs that you see on part of SEP? Maybe, the IE settings imported to its default settings.
Can you check the autocomplete option of IE if the username and passwords are saved.
To check go to IE>Tools>Internet Option>Content>AutoComplete>Settings>then check if the "username and password in form" are checked.

    Regards,
