    Hi BugTastic,

I´ve seen this Warning at different Customers.

Can you please check your Reginal Settings in the Control Panel of the SMP Server - if the Format is not set to English US than this can cause this Warnings in the LogViewer.

    Please see KB:http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH226615

If this does not solve the Problem please send me a PM

    Thanks

Seems like the same problem as was discussed in https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/dataclassrowcollectionsetcolumn-warning

    Thank you,

    Alex.

I had this problem and changing the Region and Language format whilst logged in a the Service Account ("App identity") cured it, but only after a reboot.

    Thanks Andykn101,

At some customers the issue was gone after a reboot but at some others the issue is still there...

The only workaround I´ve found so far is to temporary disabling the collection of the "Patch Windows" data.(until a fix is provided)

    1.  On the Inventory policies click on "Advanced".
    2.  On the "Data Classes" tab expand "Inventory data classes > Software > Windows".
    3.  Clear the check mark from "Patch Windows".
    4.  Click "OK" and save the changes.

Are you sure the customers are logging in as the Service Account ("App Identity") when they make the change and are changing the correct setting?

    Hi andykn101,

Thanks i verified that and it seems you are right. I told all my affected customers to use the app Identity but some of them havn´t done it with the app Identity (or didn´t read the KB "correctly" - after changing the settings with the app Identity Account it worked :).

    @BugTastic

Are you able to solve the Warnings with the KB mentioned above?

It didnt, but then I never gave it a reboot. I asked support if it caused any problems and they said no, so I am just goign to ignore it, I try and minimise my time fixing issue with CMS!  - apparently next major release will have a fix.

Sorry - I have 2 accounts and sometimes log in as the other one by mistake!
