Invalid Digital ID for eMail

I recently subscribed to a trial of Symantec Digital ID on my Exchange email.

Following the trial I purchased a full digital ID and installed it into Exchange.

My account still uses the old ID which shows as invalid but in the settings it has the new ID details?

How do I make exaahnge send my new digital ID?
