Inventory Collection Issue

I am having Issues collecting some hardware information from my clients, my clients are not reporting there monitor information (Manufacture or Serial Number). I was wondering if anyone else has this issue? and if anyone has a custom report that I might be able to use?

There used to be a Phillips
There used to be a Phillips add-on solution that did a deeper discovery of Monitor data.; not sure if that is still available, but I believe it was a free add-on. There should be some data in Inv_AeX_HW_Monitor or Inv_AeX_HW_Video_Monitor data classes/tables. This could also be an issue between your OS, video drivers, and Altiris...?

Inventory Collection Issue
It is definitly with the Altiris Code, because i can run a custom a VB script that will pull the information from the registry without and issue. I have 20 clients so far on my NS 7 server and 19 of them are not reporting there monitor information. I have ticket open with symantec and they believe it is a XP issue but i know that this is not the case.
Do you know where I might be able to get me hands on this
I make also an Idea to ask Symantec inventory extended P&P
