Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

Hi! I am a new to Altiris and macintosh so please help.
I have installed the NS Agent on the macintosh machines but a large number of machines reports this when ever the inventory job are about to be run.
Download failed. Failed to get package snapshot!
Basic Inventory runs and dont report any problem.
Any clues outhere?

Do you have package servers? Can you see where they are trying to get the packages from?

The Clients are accessing the packages from the NS. No I cant see where they are trying to access the packages in the error message. It´s inventory solution and it´s default installed and configured.

I don't have any Macs at my disposal, however check for the Altiris Agent logs and post them here (in .zip format please).
