Inventory policies not responding after CMS 7 SP1

Hi

After updating CMS/SMS 7 with SP1, my Inventory Policies have become non-responsive. Clicking on them just makes the browser load a while ... ending up with nothing.
[Manage > Policies > Discovery and Inventory > Inventory] All policies starting with "Collect..."

I can still right-click the policies and enable/disable them. I can clone them, but same behaviour from the clone or a completely new policy.
This means I cant see how they're configured or what schedule they have.

I noticed after the SP1 installation, that all the "Collect Delta...." policies were disabled, but not the "Collect Full..." policies.

Anybody else seen this behaviour after updating?

The logs doens't really give anything meaningful (to me at least).
Some errors like "AddRow: Couldn't add row" (Exception Details: System.Data.NoNullAllowedException: Column 'Name' does not allow nulls.)

I do not have the full CMS installed yet, only the Inventory solution.
The Symantec Management Platform is at SP2 HF2.

Br, Mikkel

Same problem here, and it's

Same problem here, and it's been reported.  I also had to uninstall and reinstall for an unrelated issue and this particular issue still remain after that.  I did not have this problem with the RC.

I have no idea why, but my

I have no idea why, but my "Collect Delta" inventory policies work fine.  So I tried just creating a new inventory policy and that works.  I think I'll just create a new policy for "Collect Full Inventory" and "Collect Full Server Inventory" and get rid of the ones that aren't working.

I take it back.  The new

I take it back.  The new inventory policies that I had created are no longer loading and, nor are any of the others.  The success that I was having was momentary thing.  I'm back to the same eventual timeout while loading the policies, with the message that says "The following error occurred on the page 'OfflineClientTaskPolicy.aspx'.

The Log Viewer shows two

There should be an interim solution to this soon.

Hotfix Installed but...

I installed the hotfix attached to the KB article and rebooted my Notification Server.
The result is that the "Collect Full..." policies now work.
The "Collect Delta..." policies still returns the same error.

 Same here.  I've installed

Same here.  I've installed the hotfix from KB49357 and that resolved the timeout for a week or so.  Now, my delta inventory pages load but the full inventory throws the error described above.

Symantec Support suggested I had not designated a Software Library UNC path but that was not the case.

They then advised the following:

Okay. Thanks for the update. I was hopeful this would take care of it. The error resides in how we perform a calculation during the page loading. We are currently working on a solution. I'll get with the development team and get your case added to our current ticket on this issue. If they require additional information I'll let you know.

 Update here - Symantec

Update here - Symantec advised of KB50182 with sql procedure to resolve this.  Worked for me.  Caveat is that I know have a total maximum of 98% for compliance rather than 100% (see kb for details).
