Inventory runs, but NS not updated.
This issue has been solved. See solution.
I installed a Microsoft hotfix on several computers and they are still being reported as not havingit installed. I can map to the computer and verify that it is there as well as see it in Deployment Solutions inventory, but when I open the resource manager for that computer and go to AeX_INV_OS_Updates, it isn't there. I have the inventory setup to run every 24 hours, so I know it has been run since I installed this on 5/19. I have also gone into power management and told it to send a basic inventory. If I go to C:\Program Files\Altiis\Altiris Agent\Logs, It shows the inventory was sent, but no update still. Any ideas or suggestions?

I was about to ask
which inventory task you are running. The different dataclasses get populated by different scans, and the OS Updates dc (I believe) gets populated during the hardware scan.

Hmm...
I was looking at the Basic Inventory update time. I went in to run a Full Inventory and it seems that it is failing on all machines. No clue why, so that is most likely the problem. It worked up until 5/11, so now the fun of figuring out what broke begins. Thanks for the help.
I ran into a similiar issue.
I ran into a similiar issue. The hardware inventory was failing, thus recreate full was failing. I was able to isolate the problem with
aexmachinv.exe /ini MachInvAdm.ini scan.
I'd check to see if any security settings were changed on 5-11-09.
