    Hello friends,

Currently I was looking at inventory of NIC card.

For a single machine, it is showing 2-3 NIC cards, what are all those data's.

Physically that particular machine is having only one NIC card.

Can anyone tell me which will be ACTIVE NIC card??

    Thanks

    Hi Krunal!

Here is a link to report, where you can filter out all managed endpoints by their installed NIC(s) properties.

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/blogs/endpoints-routablenon-routable-and-physicalnon-physical-network-adapters-report

You can populate all required client pc(s) from report and try to ping via mouse right click menu on PC

About 3 NIC on single endpoint:

If there is a VMWare workstation installed on this client PC, then inventory will send VMware NIC data and they will be shown as "Physical" = 0 in "Resource Manager" of this client PC in "AeX AC TCPIP" DataClass.

    Thanks,

    IP.
