    Mrs. Morning,

     

    What the agent that add data on  Inv_SoftwareProduct_InstallationInfo table?
     
    I have installed Inventory and Software Management, on my lab but this table not receive data.
     
    I installed inventory, metering and software management anget, and create a rule on metering to control softwares but this table still no data.

    Hello ,

    As per my understanding, after collecting inventory of agent machines, running ‘Software Product Licensing Recalculation Operation Task’ which is  present at  ‘Tasks -- Jobs and Tasks--System Jobs and Tasks--Service and Asset Management--Contract Management’  path will resolve your issue.
