Inwards mail works a treat, but outwards gives 451 Could not load DRD for domain

When we configure the smarthost for our domain,  (Exchange)  The outbound email will not be send out. When SMTP logging enabled, it shows: 451 Could not load DRD for domain ( where is the target domain we are sending email to.

Any help would be appreciated.

For delivery situations it is much easier to troubleshoot with a phone call. We are able to look at your account information to make sure that it's set up properly and also if needed we can get our engineers involved.


I have heard of the 451 because of firewall misconfigurations, but it is also something that can be returned from our servers I believe. So as stated before, I would call in.


Here is all the setup documentation just in case you don't have it. It is very helpful in setting up your outbound filtering.
