I/O fencing configuration in ISCSI environment

hello GURUS

iam new to implementation of VCS 5.0 for ORACLE10g. i need help on configuring I/O fencing in ISCSI env on RHEL.we are not using veritasvolume manager.SAN running on DELL equalogic.
how to create LUNS for co-ordinated disks in ISCSI.pls provide configuration commands  for I/O fencing+ISCSI and any helpfull links.

Can anyone help me on this

You can not configure fencing without volume manager.
The essential components of VCS I/O fencing are as follows:

1.> LLT, GAB, and VXFEN drivers
2.> Coordinator disks with SCSI-3 Persistent Reservations (PR)
3.> Veritas Volume Manager (VxVM) and Dynamic Multipathing (DMP)
4.> VCS I/O fencing data disks using CVM/DMP and VCS Disk Group agent
