  • 1.  iOS MDM services crashes

    Hi All,

    Have any of you seen this error before? (/var/log/nukona/appstore.log)

    timestamp=2014-03-21 18:07:51.491,logname=aclog,level=ERROR,module=__init__,function=error,line=1166,
    tenant=mobile,username=,sessionid=None,url=/acprocessingservice,msgid=,
    msg=MDM_CORE_API_ERROR,status=404,message=NO_TOPIC

     

    Restarting the appcenter services fixes this issue temporary but it happens again later on.

    Oh just to inform it doenst crash but every MDM command from iOS devices would not work. Every MDM command issued I will receive the error stated above. If I restart the services it will be fixed.

    On premise Symantec App Center 4.3.2

    Please check release note for Symantec App Center 4.3.4

    Suggested performance and processing optimization

    Set the sqlnet.expire_time settings to 1 minute
