  • 1.  IOS TD moving meetings by one hour

TouchDown is moving a few of my meetings every week. I use an iPhone 6 with IOS 9.1, but this started on a prior version of IOS.

I average between 50 and 70 meetings per work week. I have found 2 to 5 per week that move either an hour early or an hour late, some before noon and some after. It is very challenging when I have to remember my meetings to know if TD moved them or not. Cancelling and rescheduling those meetings is not an option as they are hosted by others, and involve many participants.

At least one of my incorrect meetings is also incorrect in the same way on a colleague's instance of TD, also on an iPhone 6. She has other meetings not on my calendar that are also off by an hour.

Note, all impacted meetings are scheduled in Eastern Time, and I am in Eastern Time, so not a specific meeting time zone issue. Also, these meetings show at the correct time in Outlook, they are only incorrect in TD.

So now all my meetings moved with Daylight Savings Time, and the incorrect ones are now correct. This is definitely a time zone issue, but only Touchdown appears impacted.

EMarlin, did you ever get a resolution?  I seem to be having a daylight savings time issue as well.  It seems that for recurring meetings or meetings that were established prior to Daylight Savings Time, they are off by an hour.  For meetings that I set up now, they are correct.  This is causing a huge issue for me, can't even depend on the calendar at all.  Thanks for any guidance!

    Hi,

This issue with EST events appearing off is a known issue that will be fixed in our next release.
