Hello

I'm not using Symantec mail security.

What happen is that each day I found my server in the blacklist. I.e today I checked the link you suggested and  i've got this message:

the ip ..... was found to have a negative reputation. reason for this assesment include: the host is unauthorized  to send email directly to email servers.

that happened yesterday and the days before, so I sent an investigate request and the problem is resolved for one day.

My issue is that the error message i've got (the host is unauthorized ...) is absolutly useless to recover the problem in order to avoid forever.

thank you a loto for your help

Its possible that some machine in your network is infected and is sending spam messages. Because of which your server's IP is getting blacklisted. You need to look into your outgoing mail traffic for any suspicous activity.

the problem was created by the alghoritm of the Symantec blacklist server. After open a call to the service line, the problema was solved.
